At Swisstranslate, lifelong learning is central. We attach the utmost importance to in-depth training for all new recruits, whether they are permanent staff or trainees. A specific training programme is drawn up for each department, ensuring that each new recruit benefits from complete and consistent integration to the team. For example, for the sales department, we have set up a training programme of over 20 hours spread across the first 6 months of the partnership.
The Swisstranslate team organises weekly meetings at which individual issues are analysed and other team members can submit their suggestions. An appropriate solution is then found.
