Your questions about our quotes
How can I request a quote for an urgent translation?
Requesting a quote for an urgent translation is as simple as requesting a traditional quote: when you fill in the form on our website, all you have to do is indicate the desired delivery date and specify that your project needs to be completed urgently. Our team will then take all the necessary steps. You can also contact us on our switchboard +41 22 566 13 01 or visit one of our branches directly.
Which rare and uncommon languages can you translate?
Swisstranslate translators can handle translations into Kazakh, Serbo-Croatian, Slovenian, Hungarian, Hebrew, Vietnamese, Turkish, Thai, Bulgarian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian… This list is not exhaustive: don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll answer all your questions.
Can I request a quote for a certified translation of official documents?
Yes! At Swisstranslate, thanks to our certified translators, we are an agency authorised to certify your documents (identity papers, diplomas, etc.). We offer agency certification, legalisation of documents by our notaries and certified translations by sworn translators. Depending on your project’s destination country, we can also submit it to a competent body to obtain an apostille so that it can be recognised in countries that have signed the Hague Convention.
How can I contact Customer Services if I have further questions about my quote request?
It couldn’t be easier: contact us using our form here, by email at info@swisstranslate.ch or by telephone on +41 (0) 22 566 13 01. Our team will answer all your questions.
Do you offer simultaneous interpreting services for international events?
Yes! We are a language agency offering interpreting services: simultaneous, consecutive, relay, whispered and telephone interpreting, etc. Our experts will be available to meet your needs. To get the best possible service, it is important to book an interpreting service at least 15 days before the assignment.
What methods of payment are accepted for translation and interpreting services at Swisstranslate?
We accept several methods of payment: Twint, PayPal, bank transfer, online credit card, payment by card directly in the branch or electronic payment by BVR (payment slip with reference number).
